Community Satisfaction Survey

Council welcomes you to participate in the Community Satisfaction Survey to gain an understanding of your satisfaction with Council services. The survey aims to identify trends in satisfaction with Council’s services to gather data insights on relevant topics to assist with strategic decision-making.


The survey will assess satisfaction in the following areas:

  • Use of Council facilities
  • Use of the Liverpool CBD
  • Living in the Liverpool local government area
  • Use of public transport
  • Future vision for Liverpool
  • Contact with Council

Council has engaged Micromex a marketing and community research provider to facilitate the online survey.
