Moorebank Community Survey

Consultation has concluded

Background

Council would like to hear your thoughts and ideas about current and future land uses in Moorebank.

Of particular interest is whether residents would like to reduce the current high density (R4) zoned land in Moorebank. Currently, Moorebank has an area of R4 High Density Residential land (see attached map).

The main difference between a high density R4 zone and a medium density R3 zone is that apartment buildings are permissible in high density R4 zones and not in R3 Medium Density Residential zone.

Liverpool City Council has begun a comprehensive review of the Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 (LEP) and is seeking feedback from the community as part of this process.

Your feedback will help inform the LEP review and guide Council’s future decisions about development in your suburb.
