Liverpool City Centre Master Plan

Liverpool City Council is developing a Public Domain Master Plan for the City Centre.
This is a 10-year plan that will guide the development of public space in the city centre (e.g. council owned streets, laneways, sidewalks, pedestrian malls, car parks, bridges, parks and reserves) as well as the physical elements of these spaces (e.g. public furniture, lighting, paving, trees, awnings and artworks).

The city centre encompasses the areas covered by the below map.
