The Draft Cultural Strategy is Council’s four-year plan to transform our city into a vibrant and engaging city with a thriving creative culture.
Liverpool continues to experience significant population growth. This Strategy provides a platform to articulate priorities in the arts and cultural sphere and defines Council’s role and commitment to meeting the cultural needs of a growing city.
The Strategy is on public exhibition until 22 November 2017. Council is seeking feedback to make this Strategy and Council’s cultural facilities and programs as dynamic and engaging for local residents, the creative community, and businesses and visitors to Liverpool.
