Draft Boarding House Development Control Plan

Consultation has concluded

In June 2017, Council resolved to create development controls for boarding houses. The proposed amendment of the Liverpool Development Control Plan 2008 was endorsed in August 2018.

The proposed controls aim to regulate the character of boarding houses by introducing controls for building form, site planning, external and internal design, communal open space, parking and access, amenity and setbacks.

Council is seeking your feedback on the proposed development control plan. The public exhibition will run from 26 September to 23 October 2018. You can submit comments through the form below, by email or by post.
